Pascale Van Damme, ICT Woman of the year 2014, and European Digital Woman of the Year 2017. After various management positions at Base, TNT Express and Proximus, she is now Vice President & Managing Director at Dell Technologies Belux.

One of the topics close to her heart, is gender diversity in the ICT sector and more gender equality in the workplace. For this, she also won the wo.men@work award.
